Trainer and Technical Expert

Qualification:

Jenny joined us in February 2017 and brings her extensive experience in administration and customer service to her Trainer and Technical Expert role. With a strong eye for detail, Jenny both coaches and trains new and existing staff to help them fulfil their potential in their individual and team roles and also plays a key part in the senior team, helping to develop workflows and processes and updating our back office software to maximise efficiencies within the business.
