With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, Cailin began her career at AXA Wealth and has since held a variety of roles across the industry. Her career has included client-facing advisory positions, operational and governance roles, and senior leadership appointments, giving her a broad and well-rounded understanding of the profession.
Having advised clients directly for many years, Cailin understands the importance of building long-term relationships based on trust, clarity and consistency. Her experience across multiple areas of financial services allows her to appreciate both the technical detail behind financial planning and the very real personal impact financial decisions have on individuals and families.
Throughout her career, she has remained committed to maintaining high professional standards and supporting advisers in delivering advice that is thoughtful, compliant and centred on client needs. Her leadership approach is grounded in collaboration, integrity and a strong belief that quality advice begins with strong foundations.
Outside of her professional role, Cailin is Chair of her local PTFA and is actively involved in community initiatives, including teaching literacy in schools as part of a give-back programme. She is passionate about supporting young people’s development and contributing positively to the community she serves.
