Working hard, thinking hard

Our process is different to many other advisers. For us, it’s not about churning out finance products to grab the commission. Our directors are backed up by a team of researchers dedicated to exploring every option, every time. If the perfect pensions, planning or assurance solution for you is out there, we’ll find it.

A no charge consultation

This is our chance to get to know you. What are your life goals? What do you want to achieve for yourself and your family? Where do you see yourself in ten or twenty years time? Once we’ve listened, we’ll know if we can help. Then, we’ll match you with the right adviser

Personal advice

First, we take the time to understand your circumstances, both professional and personal. We’ll learn about your appetite for risk, your personal values and the timescales you’re operating within. The more we know, the better placed we’ll be to give financial advice that really makes a difference.

Next, our talented researchers scour the market for just the right solutions. Then we come back with impartial recommendations shaped around you and your family. Our proposals will be fully explained and costed, so before you sign any paperwork, you’ll know exactly what you’re agreeing to and why.

100% transparent

We’re able to build long-term relationships with clients because we don’t spring any surprises. From day one, we promise to talk openly and clearly about payment. If we’re earning commission, we’ll be honest about that too. And we’ll never, ever charge you for anything to which you haven’t agreed.

Financial review

We charge a fixed fee of £500 for a financial review with recommendations tailored to you, payable when we hand over the report. Even better – we’ll waive some or all of that fee when you decide to go ahead with our recommendations.

Adviser charging

Once a fee has been agreed, this can either be paid by you directly or we can arrange for the product provider to deduct it from your investment. Some products that we recommend include a commission for us. If that’s the case, we’ll always make sure it’s completely transparent.
