A First-Class Honours graduate from Sheffield Hallam University in Financial Trading and Investment Management, Arturs began his career in wealth management with over a year of industry experience before joining BDWM in March 2026. He is currently part of the Client Wealth Implementation team, where he supports the delivery of client-focused financial solutions while working towards becoming a qualified financial advisor.

Arturs is fluent in four languages – Russian, Latvian, Polish, and English – which allows him to build strong relationships with a diverse client base. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active in the gym, exploring new places, and has a strong interest in financial markets and cars.
